Drawing Approvals

Shop drawing workflow, approvals and revision control.

Material Coordination

Material and colour coordination by unit type, with managed fabrication through qualified production partners.

Installation Planning

Access, elevator bookings, construction sequencing and scheduling.

QA/QC & Closeout

Deficiency tracking, issue escalation and closeout documentation.

Our Workflow

01

Scope & Schedule Review

Confirm unit mix, requested scope, site constraints and the construction calendar before measurement begins.

02

Field Measurement / Templating

Capture suite conditions by unit type so typicals and exceptions are recorded against the same control set.

03

CAD / Shop Drawings

Produce shop drawings that coordinate stone work with cabinetry, plumbing, appliances and wall finishes.

04

Approvals

Route drawings for review, capture comments and hold fabrication until revisions are closed.

05

Material & Managed Fabrication Coordination

Align colour and material by unit type and sequence fabrication through qualified production partners.

06

Phased Installation Coordination

Schedule installs to site readiness, elevator bookings, access windows and turnover milestones.

07

QA/QC

Check installed work against drawings, unit types and agreed site conditions.

08

Deficiencies

Track remaining items, escalate issues and close them against the suite list.

09

Project Closeout

Issue closeout documentation once remaining items, sequencing and turnover notes are complete.
